Samata Leather Complex Ltd. is a public limited company incorporated on 4 October 1990 under the Bangladesh Companies Act .The Company was initially registered as a private limited company and subsequently converted into a public limited company on 30 January 1997. The company has been engaged in the business of hides and skin processing industry to produce exportable crust and finished leather.
